Forrest and Michelle Visit Pt 3

Saying "Goodbye," is always hard for these kiddos.

Oh wait. I meant THESE kiddos.

Thanks for visiting!  Come again soon! :)

Forrest and Michelle Visit Pt 2

We took the cousins to a huge hill to go sledding.  We had never been to this one before and it was crazy.

It was a long trek up to the top.

Every man for himself.

Even Charles had a hard time climbing it! Haha!

But the ride down was worth it. Most of the time.

These pictures here were taken at the very end when Charles, Kaleb and Bradley totally ate it.  Kaleb is screaming bloody murder, and Charles is saying over and over,
"Are you hurt or are you scared?"
More screams
"Are you hurt or are you scared?"
More screams

I love watching these videos now.  But at the time, it was so hard to watch them go down because it was so steep, and the hill was just ice.  I knew if someone hit it just the right way, they would get all scraped up like it was concrete. But they all survived.

Forrest & Michelle's Visit Pt 1

Forrest and Michelle and the family came for a visit.  They played lots of soccer, and lacrosse... in 30 degree weather.

We had a spa night.

Brynnlee wasn't so sure about the whole thing.

But she let me paint her fingernails for the first time.

She even picked out her own color. Clear, with sparkles. Perfect for a mom's first time. :)

The Bradley wanted to join.

He also picked his own colors.

We had dance parties at night. Man, Bryan has got the MOVES!

They even brought me my favorite Ice Cream, all the way from Cali. 4 Cartons of it.  They LOVE me. They REALLY LOVE me! :)

Since the new house has a huge front lawn, we thought it would be perfect for setting up some soccer nets whenever we wanted.  These Pugg nets were perfect.  Easy enough for the kids (even Bradley) to set up and take down all by themselves, and they store nicely.

Kaleb is flying!
