August Mix Up

Dr. visits...

Charles doing his monthly Root-beer brew with Ryan... and some other dude.

One Sunday the boys built this track.  When it was time to go, they didn't want to put it away. They wanted to save it and play with it again. Grandma told them that she would  be babysitting a bunch of kids and that they would probably ruin it. Jokingly, she suggested that they come back and be security guards to keep the other kids away.  They decided to do just that. They made badges that said "Officer Kaleb" and "Office Bradley" and they took their positions. :)

Soccer night with the Paz family. Go Argentina!

I found Kaleb building this on Minecraft. :)

One day Brynnlee was in the bathroom combing her hair.  When she saw me, she turned around and said, "Look! I Daddy! I have Daddy hair!"

Super Hero Run

Mel and Amber and I were originally planning to do another triathlon. But since I had a wedding to be at during the same weekend we decided to do a family race instead.  A Super Hero Race.  Amber in all of her amazing creativeness made capes and masks for everyone. It was pretty awesome :)

Everyone's cape had their own initial on the back.

On your marks, get set, GO!

Yep, it rained on us, but we all had a blast anyway.  The girls made it about halfway through the 1.5 mile course before hoping into the stroller.

And Charles said he would never pay for a race... Bwah-hah-hah!!

Melanie and Amber Visit

The Rosarios and Amber came for a visit.  It's so cute to see Brynnlee and Zoe become friendlier each time they see each other. They did everything together that week. Starting with Dance class.

It was almost hard to remember that Kali was there because she is so chill! I hardly hear a peep from her the whole time. Man, if she had been my last baby, I would have a hard time stopping at 2. Just sayin' Mel and John... ;)

Melanie and I found this little art project on Pinterest to do with my Activity Girls. Thank goodness I had Amber there to help. We had so much fun that Melanie went out and got more supplies to make some for her house and for Zoe to help make.

Our main event for this trip was the Super Hero Race.  After the race we all cooled down in the pool.

"Mom, take a picture of me and Kali!"
